Director Steven Bass, a noted sports archivist and expert in the history of televised sports, located marvelous film footage in The Jewish Basketball Hall of Fame languishing in archives, basements and attics across the United States. Digitally enhanced, this compilation of film materials gives viewers the opportunity to experience these legendary players at the height of their game.

"People are not aware of what a big contribution Jews have made to sports," explains Izzi Lifschutz, one of the film’s producer and a one-time high scorer for the Hebrew University basketball team. "That's why The Jewish Basketball Hall of Fame DVD is full of the history of these amazing athletes."
